In Silverthorne, where we are located, is a Target and Lowes. In nearby Frisco(about 2 miles away) is a Wal Mart & Whole Foods, as well as a Safeway Grocery store. Dillon is also near. *NOTE: Check-In time is 4:00 p.m.(Mountain time), and Check-Out time is at 10:00 a.m. sharp (Mountain time)

Escape to our beautiful mountain retreat. Located just a few miles away from Keystone, Copper Mtn., Loveland, A-Basin, and Breckenridge Ski resorts as well as a number of award-winning restaurants. Bring the whole family or have a second honeymoon! Our home will sleep a maximum of 14 people comfortably Whether you are here to spend the day hiking, skiing or just relaxing; begin the day having coffee and watching the sunrise and end each day relaxing in our Hot Tub or custom built steam room. Come make your own family memories in our family home.

While you are our guests the home is yours. Please make your self at home and leave the stress of life behind. During the winter, it is imperative that you enter the home thru the Garage door (There is a key pad that you enter in a code to open the door). Please remove ski boots and dust off any ice or snow before entering the home. There are racks in the garage for your shoes, jackets and gear.

We are in the Cortina Ridge area of Silverthorne, also called the Wildernest area. Our home is across the street from the entry point for the Mesa Cortina Trail head. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and we are just a mile away from the small towns of Dillon and Frisco, where there are more places to eat and shop. Silverthorne is also home to many Outlet stores.

This is a private neighborhood, so quiet & respectful activities are a must. There is a 4 car parking maximum allowance in the driveway of our home. You may NOT park on the road, nor across the street in the trailhead lot.

No Pets allowed & No Smoking allowed. There is a Maximum allowance of 4 cars that can park in the driveway. No cars are allowed to park on the road or across the street.
PLEASE NOTE ALL CANCELATIONS WILL HAVE A 3% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.
Our goal is to provide a wonderful vacation rental. Please read and adhere to our home policies. Breaking any of these policies is reason for immediate removal with no refund. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent, and/or must be accompanied by a parent/guardian the entire stay. No Smoking in the house or garage. No underage drinking, and no drinking in the Hot Tub. There is a 1-car garage, and a driveway for parking. A MAXIMUM of 5 vehicles is allowed on the property at any time. Absolutely no exceptions to this. There is No Parking allowed on the street, nor across the street. If you bring an animal there will be a $500.00 fee plus any damages and cleaning needed. Our home is in a neighborhood community, so be respectful of your neighbors. Please keep noise levels down, and no loud music or activities after 10:00 pm. Linens/towels are provided for the exact number of guests booked, with a maximum of linens for up 16 guests. There are no extra linens available for more than 18 guests. There is a washer & dryer available in our home( Bring your own detergent). There are 6 striped towels provided for Hot Tub use. Also, be aware that each rental only has a small "starter" amount of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and hand soap. Thank you!
