Watch the snowcats plow the slopes at night as you enjoy the double-sided stone fireplace from the comfortable living room of the Alpine Edge Retreat! This spacious home is located in the Meridian Lake Park neighborhood allowing you easy access to the slopes, downtown Crested Butte, and exciting restaurants. You will enjoy the stunning views of Mt Crested Butte and Whetstone Mountain as the home overlooks the CB Valley. The firework shows can be enjoyed directly off the back deck or upper balcony. Hiking and biking to Long Lake and Snodgrass Mountain are just out the door for easy access.

This 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home boasts a king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 sets of twin bunk beds accommodating a total of 10 people. The master bedroom is very spacious with a large walk-in closet and plenty of space for luggage. The views from the master are incredible and let you start your day on the right foot. A 55 inch wall-mounted flat screen TV is located in the master. The master ensuite has a Jacuzzi style tub for complete relaxation and a separate glass-brick shower. The second bedroom houses a queen bed with a large closet and has direct access to the back deck with wonderful mountain views. The third bedroom contains a queen bed with morning views of Mt Emmons. The bunk room is a kid’s paradise and has two sets of rustic pine wooden bunk beds and a pine dresser with a walk-in closet and has its own attached full bathroom. A treadmill in the room for those that need to keep up with their fitness beyond the great activities Crested Butte has to offer.

The living room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and bathroom has vaulted ceilings with wooden beams running throughout. You will enjoy the full wall of windows from the comfortable living room while enjoying the mountainside views. The upper balcony is just off the living room and allows for great outdoor cooking on the Weber grill. Plus, the spacious kitchen complete with top of the line appliances gives you best experience for preparing meals for the family! The double-sided stone fireplace is shared with the formal dining room and is the center piece of the main floor. The living room also has a 55 inch wall-mounted TV. A ROKU stick allows for users to log into their own streaming account or use the home-owners HULU Live account to access numerous channels and streaming opportunities. A DVD player, movies, books, and ample board games are also available for family entertainment.

For those needing to keep up at the office, there is a study located on the top floor. The Wi-Fi is very fast and reliable even during inclement weather.

There is a mud room with storage closet upon entry and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

We do recommend a 4WD vehicle during the winter months to stay at this home, for ease of getting around the valley and the State! This home is equipped with a three-car heated garage with two bays available for your vehicles. There is plenty of storage room for skis/snowboards and bikes available in the garage.

Deposit/Cancelation Policies: we take a deposit of 2 nights lodging that is due at the time of booking and non-refundable upon receipt. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and non-refundable upon receipt.
