Nicely remodeled house in the Active Adult Community of Oakmont, in Santa Rosa, CA. This spacious home located on the 6th hole of the local golf course and has a wonderful view of Hood Mountain.
The house is nicely decorated and well located within the community. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and necessary cooking utencils. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed while one of the guest rooms has a queen bed. Newer washer and dryer are available for the renters use. The living room has a 65" smart TV located over the fireplace.
The pickleball courts and one of the three community pools are about one mile away. The other pools and community centers aren't much farther. Downtown Santa Rosa is just over 15 minutes away. Wineries and parks are also a very short drive.
The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I plan to return in the future, so I hope I don't have to compete with any one renting this house based on my review. :-) Seriously, this is a very nice house with an equally nice owner. Give it a shot if you need a place for a month or more.
