Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Was clean and spacious. We did not feel like we were on top of each other.

There was damage the needed taking care of. Some of the damage was very visible. The bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. One of the twin beds was in desperate need of a new mattress and was also very uncomfortable.

Very quiet neighborhood, very convenient to everything, very comfortable place to stay.

Location was great to get anywhere on the Sonoma side and it was also very easy to get over to the Napa side for our business and leisure activities.

Mattresses are a little tired. They could use updating, but some people do like softer, rather than firm.

not bad but unnecessary small issues made it less than good. Especially for the price per night.

The advertisement refers to newly decorated which based on the wear and tear and the scrapes and holes in some walls must have been many years ago. The bed in the front room by the street is hard as a rock. The basic supplies for coffee, and sugar were not there. Also the AC is programmed to turn off automatically so when we were out for the day and expecting to come home to a 72 degree house it was 79 and took hours to get down to 72 before we could go to sleep. We like the place but the above should be resolved.

Perfect stay for family that needed some peace and quiet with a feel of being home.

It was perfect for a short family get away. It had everything you needed to cook to include spices and tea and sugar.

It got pretty cold during the night. Had no idea how to work the nest. It was just user error.
