Featuring 3 bedrooms with king beds, 2 full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen with a breakfast area, a formal living room with a dining area, and a spacious bonus/media room with an air hockey table provides ample space to unwind. The large pasture behind the main yard offers a perfect place to play ball or explore with your kids or dogs. The garage has been transformed into a game room, complete with PacMan, Ping Pong, and Skeeball to add to the vast list of activities this house has to offer. Ample parking is available for larger vehicles.
While there is a guest house on the property with long-term renters, there is excellent separation and privacy.

Our extended family had a wonderful five-day stay at Pleasant House. We were impressed with the thoughtfully designed layout and beautifully landscaped yard, which provided a nice gathering place for our family.The kitchen and outdoor barbecue area made cooking together easy. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we appreciated the comfortable king-size beds in every room.The pool and adjacent shade structure provided our group with lots of opportunity to swim and relax, and was enjoyed every day. The location is another highlight—Sebastopol has so much to offer, with wonderful parks, great restaurants, and plenty of other activities.Pleasant House met our expectations in every way, and was the perfect 'home base' for our family. We all hope to return again soon.

House is immaculate. Extremely well organized, everything in good working order, property management was extremely responsive. We had a brief power outage due to high wind storm, and the neighbor who shares power with this house came over and put on the generator which powered the entire house. Power was only off for about an hour, and the neighbor helped get things back running again. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality. The hot tub was amazing. The game room kept us having fun the entire time. Thanks so much for a great experience.

Loved that all the bedrooms had king size beds. Pool and hot tub were great bonuses to our stay.
