The Loft is a freestanding lofted studio located next to our main home, newly built and designed for our guest stay in mind. Guest will enter through private entrance off a private driveway into the well appointed 600+sq ft. studio.
once in, swing open the grand doors onto your private patio (unfenced) surrounded by a lush planted garden full of blooming flowers, Veggies and Herbs - all for the picking during your stay.
Relax and unwind in our custom design bathroom. Featuring high-end bath products & plush towels. Soak in a petal-drawn bath in our skirted cast-iron tub. Shower under our waterfall shower head all awhile keeping your toes warm on the heated floors throughout the entire ground level.
cozy up in the upstairs king loft. Featuring an oversized king wingback bed -layered in high-end designer bedding. Turn on the fireplace & Lay your head down on a variety of pillow-filled options. The loft offers a wonderful writing desk stocked with all the essential.
Hang-out in the well appointed living room. Put your feet up and catch up on your favorite series, movie, documentaries with full Cable, HBO, Netflix,& Amazon. An absolute gem of a property in Sebastopol that makes a perfect jumping off point for exploring the town and all of Sonoma county: 20 minutes to Bodega Bay, 30 minutes to Healdsburg, 50 minutes to Sonoma. And if you're not afraid of a little walking, a 15-minute walk will get you to downtown and the Barlow. (And if it's dark when it's time to go home, it's a 3-minute, 7 Uber ride back.) The house itself is impeccable and looks like something from a design magazine. Beautifully appointed, top-end appliances, big shower/bath area. And for those who worry about it, there is A/C and heat via a mini-split. The bed is super comfortable as well. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and were also extremely respectful of privacy. Check-in and check-out were an absolute breeze -- and there was no crazy list of chores to complete before checking out, which is always appreciated. Next time we're back in the area, definitely staying here.

When I saw this listing, I knew it would be perfect for my partner’s surprise weekend birthday trip, and I wasn't wrong, she loved it!The space is amazing; the main level is so inviting and comfortable. The tall double doors that open up to the garden sitting area are fantastic and bring the garden into the room.The loft is dominated by the wonderfully comfortable sleigh bed you just melt into; we didn’t want to get out the next morning after a great nights sleep.The decor is perfect; we had fun noticing all the images of different animals sprinkled throughout the house just waiting for you to find them (look high and low!), as well as the wonderful artwork.This is a 10/10 stay, you won’t be disappointed!We will definitely book again when we are in the area.

This quaint and cozy stay is perfectly located near downtown Sebastopol, walkable. Lots of entertainment and restaurant choices nearby. Recommended for a young couple without kids or an adult threesome. Twenty five minutes drive to Bodega Bay. A convenient bike rack to secure ebike(s) located in front. A single king upstairs and reachable via a long, unlit stairwell. Note: ref pets, last visit revealed a backyard area that is NOT fully enclosed.Overall, a pleasant vacation...
