Recently renovated, the house beautifully combines the authenticity of its historic character with modern comfort. Ideal for large families, groups of friends, or special events, the property offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces for an unforgettable stay.
The accommodation comprises a main house arranged over three floors and a charming independent cottage, providing both privacy and flexibility to suit a variety of needs.
Outside, you will find an oasis of relaxation and conviviality: a furnished pergola perfect for al fresco dining, a barbecue area, a panoramic terrace, and an authentic wood-fired pizza oven, ideal for enjoyable evenings with family and friends.
The private swimming pool, which can be heated upon request, is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs and is complemented by a convenient outdoor shower for maximum comfort during the summer months. For guests of all ages, the property also offers a five-a-side football pitch and a bocce court.
Il Mulino can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, with the possibility of adding up to 6 extra beds upon request, making it an ideal choice for larger groups.
The property is accessed via an approximately 1 km unpaved road. Although the road is neither steep nor difficult, guests are advised to drive slowly.

The independent cottage, arranged over two levels, includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom with a mezzanine, providing additional privacy and flexibility. The property is ideal for large groups and families and is fully air-conditioned throughout.With a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, the property has installed water purification systems with reverse osmosis technology in the kitchens, providing safe, high-quality drinking water directly from the tap.
