Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms accommodate up to 11 guests. Three rooms each feature a queen‑size bed with fresh linens, hangers, and storage. The fourth bedroom offers a twin bed and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, ideal for remote work or a quieter retreat. A queen‑size sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional flexibility, and extra pillows and blankets are available. Room‑darkening shades help ensure restful nights.
Outdoor living & shared amenities
Step out onto the private patio for a breath of fresh air, then head to the shared backyard area where a heated pool and hot tub are open year‑round during set hours (10:00 AM – 10:30 PM). The pool includes toys and a water slide for extra fun, while the hot tub offers a soothing soak. An outdoor playground gives kids space to play, and a nearby shared gym complements the in‑unit exercise equipment. All shared amenities are managed by the building; the host cannot guarantee availability if maintenance issues arise.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.
We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.
This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.
This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.
Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.
There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
