The fourth bedroom features a twin bed and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, perfect for remote work or quiet downtime. A queen‑size sofa sleeper in the living room adds extra sleeping capacity, and a queen air mattress can be set up if needed. Room‑darkening shades help ensure restful nights.
Bathrooms & Laundry
Four full bathrooms keep mornings smooth for large groups, each stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water. An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.
We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.
This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.
This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.
Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.
There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
