The Space:

The open‑concept layout blends comfort and space, giving you room to unwind, work, and connect with your group.



Sleeping Arrangements

Four bedrooms provide flexible rest spaces for up to eleven guests. Three bedrooms each hold a queen‑size bed with fresh linens, hangers and storage. The fourth bedroom features a twin bed and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, perfect for remote work or quiet downtime. A queen‑size sofa sleeper in the living room adds extra sleeping capacity, and a queen air mattress can be set up if needed. Room‑darkening shades help ensure restful nights.



Bathrooms & Laundry

Four full bathrooms keep mornings smooth for large groups, each stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water. An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space, all the essentials for everyday meals, and a casual breakfast nook with four stools. Whether you’re brewing coffee, cooking a family dinner, or enjoying a quick bite, the layout keeps conversation flowing.



Living Area

The open‑concept living area centers on a comfy sofa that converts to a queen‑size sleeper. Large windows frame soft light, and a door opens onto a private patio, inviting fresh air between activities. Dedicated workspace and high‑speed Wi‑Fi support remote work.



Outdoor & Shared Amenities

Step onto the patio or explore the shared backyard area. A heated pool and hot tub are available year‑round during set hours (10:00 AM – 10:30 PM), complete with pool toys and a water slide for extra fun. An outdoor playground offers space for kids, and a nearby shared gym complements the in‑unit exercise equipment. Parking is free on‑site and on the street.



Location & Neighborhood

Nestled in East Riverside, the residence sits in a residential neighborhood with easy access to downtown Austin, the Texas Capitol, Zilker Park, South Congress, live‑music venues, restaurants and cultural attractions. Free parking makes getting around simple, whether you’re heading out for the day or returning late.

Pet‑friendly and spacious, this home works well for families, large groups, and longer stays, offering quiet hours, thoughtful amenities and room to both relax and stay productive.

The host is not responsible for third‑party amenities such as the pool and gym and cannot offer refunds if they close for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
