I liked the communication before the actual stay

The air conditioner malfunctioned for the initial three nights. We were initially advised that we were operating the thermostat incorrectly, which was the cause of the cooling issue. However, it took some time for the technicians to diagnose the problem and identify the faulty components. Our Christmas plans were unfortunately disrupted due to the malfunctioning of the air conditioner and the extreme heat. Our original intention was to gather with my immediate family for a festive Christmas meal, which would have been particularly meaningful as it would have been our first Christmas as a family with our newborn baby. Upon my arrival, I noticed cockroaches and promptly reported them. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed until I brought them up again, at which point they were acknowledged. His response “Seeing insects of all kinds is very common in Austin, especially during the summer, when seasons are changing, and after a heavy rain storm.” Despite the numerous minor inconveniences that I disregarded, such as the flickering bathroom light, the shower head over-spraying water through the curtain, the malfunctioning closet light requiring the use of a phone flashlight, the dishwasher’s inoperability, and the laundry door being out of the hinges, I found the overall experience to be somewhat irritating. *Bookings only allows me to post four pictures

The property was clean and cozy

Was not able to use the pool or hot tub

There was mold on the shower curtains the air went out the property has lots of damage needs to be properly repaired the microwave was so bad couldn’t use it not enough dishes to cook it wasn’t cleaned. All the tv items didn’t work was all logged out, hard time connecting to internet the fact we had to register our vehicles every day was annoying should just be 1 time for whole stay couldn’t have guess over to eat

It was horrible, bad neighborhood, cracked bedroom 1st floor window on site the rental place new about it but choose to leave it. It was unsafe and management company was horrible. The place was not safe nor functioning as they could not provide basic security. The unit next door wall was literally caving in. Security fence nearby was knocked over. Strange people hanging out in the complex.

Absolutely nothing. Stay away.

WHAT BREAKFAST,???? Never k ew there was one, nobody told me, ????? 🤬🤬🤬

Finding the condo was VERY DIFFICULT & BAD lighting,

Veel ruimte, rustige locatie, niet te ver van supermarkt.

Ik had voor 2 weken gereserveerd, na 1 week ben ik uitgechecked maar moest toch voor 2 weken betalen. Het zou beter zijn voor de consument als ze hetzelfde zouden reageren als zakelijke hotels waar je alleen betaald voor het aantal dagen dat je werkelijk verblijft.
