Our Mediterranean-style vacation apartments measure 45 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 guests and one child up to 3 years old in a travel crib.
Highlights of these modern, high-quality vacation apartments include separate living and sleeping areas, underfloor heating, beach chairs in the garden, a furnished wooden deck, a barbecue area, kitchens with a glass-ceramic cooktop and dishwasher, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, etc.
All vacation apartments have separate entrances and are located on the first floor. A small travel crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, as well as a wardrobe and a single bed.
The kitchenette in the living area is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and oven. The very beautiful and spacious bathroom features a sink, toilet, and a special wellness shower.
Each vacation apartment has a lovely terrace with patio furniture and a grill.
Fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will, of course, already be made with bed linens.

Our four vacation apartments—built in the style of Canarian-Spanish fincas (45 sqm, 1 living room and 1 bedroom, max. 3 adults and one child in a travel crib, terrace, Wi-Fi) are situated close to nature near Lake Sellin and only about 1 km from the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea resort of Baabe, where our house is located, is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature.
The apartments are situated in a very quiet location away from the main roads, offering panoramic views of the nature reserve at Lake Sellin, and are comfortably and warmly furnished.
Among the highlights of these very modern and high-quality fincas are separate living and sleeping areas, underfloor heating, beach chairs in the garden, a furnished wooden deck, a barbecue area, kitchens with a ceramic cooktop and dishwasher, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, etc. All units have separate entrances.
Upon your arrival, fresh towels will be provided, and the beds will, of course, already be made with bed linens. Free parking is available directly at the property. We offer a charging station for electric cars.
We are happy to provide bicycles at the property for a fee, with a 50% discount.
