Welcome to Haus Rügenwind! This comfortable, fully equipped 3-bedroom vacation apartment, measuring 55 square meters, is located in a quiet area (non-smoking, 3 adults, 1 child up to age 17) is located on the first floor and features a covered terrace area designed in a seaside resort style (south-facing) as well as surrounding green space. A garden table, garden chairs, and 2 sun loungers complete your outdoor area. Barbecuing on your terrace is permitted. Bushes and a privacy screen separating it from the neighboring apartment ensure your privacy. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms. The living area is furnished in the Rügen style with a cozy couch, a rocking chair, a table, a sideboard, as well as a smart TV and a CD player with radio. Your dining area, with a large table and four chairs, is located directly between the terrace and the open but separate kitchen area, which is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, a refrigerator with a ***freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. The large bedroom features a double bed (2x90x200 cm x 200 cm) at a comfortable height with high-quality, hotel-grade mattresses and a separate nightstand with a lamp for each side. The 2-meter-wide wardrobe (with mirrored doors) offers ample space for all your clothing. The window can be blacked out. The second bedroom, which does not have a wardrobe, is furnished with two single beds placed in a corner (each 80x200 cm), one of which is raised (98 cm high). Reading lamps, insect screens, 2 stools, a dresser, and a roller shade that reliably blocks out light round out the furnishings. The bathroom, which receives natural light, is equipped with a glass shower, toilet, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, heated towel rack, and a large vanity with ample counter space. The large built-in mirror offers space for two people. Thanks to its solid construction with sand-lime brick, Haus Rügenwind provides a pleasant indoor climate year-round and also ensures ideal sound insulation between the apartments. An additional service is Wi-Fi, which you can use completely free of charge throughout your entire stay. In a common area, you’ll also find a coin-operated washing machine (out of service from November through the end of March). For a toddler’s extra bed (included), a travel crib (with mattress, without bed linens) and a high chair are available for your use. Parking space No. 1 (included) is located right next to the house. There is also a suitable storage area for your bicycles directly behind the house. Pets are welcome for a fee but are not allowed in the bedrooms. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus. We look forward to your visit!

Our Rügenwind house is solidly built of sand-lime brick and offers both ideal sound insulation between the apartments and a pleasant indoor climate in every season.
