The Haubentaucher vacation rental is located on the first floor of the Am Brook guesthouse.
The 50-square-meter, non-smoking apartment features modern, bright Scandinavian-style furnishings and can accommodate up to 2 or 3 adults. Photographs of the island make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. A small entryway with a coat rack leads directly into the spacious living and dining area with a built-in kitchen. The floor-to-ceiling patio doors with insect screens let in plenty of natural light. The living area is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing. It features a comfortable leather sleeper sofa (which can accommodate a third person; 1.00 m x 2.00 m), a coffee table, a floor lamp, and an armchair. Here you can make yourself comfortable, enjoy a movie on the 55-inch smart TV, or listen to music from the Bluetooth radio. Wi-Fi access rounds out the technical amenities. The sideboard and tall cabinet provide ample storage space for your personal belongings. There’s also a collection of games and a small selection of books. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds that provide protection from the sun and privacy. The built-in kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals. Such as an induction stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. In addition, you’ll find a filter coffee maker as well as a Nespresso capsule machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a knife block, and plenty of cooking utensils. The compact, naturally lit bathroom is functionally designed and features a corner shower, a hair dryer, a toilet, an insect screen, and a sink. A shelf provides space for toiletries, and an illuminated mirror ensures proper lighting. You’ll also find a clothes drying rack and cleaning supplies in your apartment. In addition to your own small outdoor area, a 2,500-square-meter communal garden is available for you to enjoy. There you’ll find beach chairs, seating areas, and a barbecue area that you can share with other guests. Up to 2 pets are welcome guests for a fee. You can park any bicycles you bring or rent on the property. A parking space is located right next to the house.
