Enjoy your stay in our stylish, ground-floor vacation apartment “Happy Mind,” centrally located between the popular vacation regions of Harz and Solling—ideal for relaxing, hiking, or as a stopover on longer trips. Completely refurbished in 2022, this approximately 60 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet two-family home, just a few minutes from the A7—conveniently located yet pleasantly quiet in the village. With no stairs or steps, it’s perfect for all age groups as well as for people with limited mobility. Air conditioning in the kitchen provides cool air on hot summer days or warmth during the transitional seasons. A private, spacious parking spot right outside the door and barrier-free access ensure additional comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, and its bright, modern, and welcoming design makes it a true temporary home away from home.



Air-Conditioned Vacation Apartment “Happy Mind”:

This cozy, bright apartment, with parking right outside the front door, is located on the first floor of a two-family home. Fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances you could want, along with dishes, bed linens, towels, toiletries, and a spa shower. In the living room, the sofa can be pulled out to create a sleeping area measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m. We also provide bed linens for this. The air conditioning allows you to cool off on hot days and even heat the apartment occasionally during the shoulder season.
You’re welcome to use the garden with its patio, grill, and playground equipment. You can store your bicycles here. We hope you feel completely at home with us!



On-site fees: A prepayment equal to the total amount will be charged after booking. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site.Pets are allowed for a fee of €20 per pet per stay.
