About this apartment rental
Our newly renovated vacation apartment is located right next to the inn on the first floor. With 62 square meters of living space, it offers plenty of room for up to 6 people. The cozy living room, complete with a sleeper sofa and TV, is a great place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, sink, stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker, provides everything you need for cooking. The vacation home features two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, plus two sleeping areas in the living room. There is one bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Directly from the vacation rental, you have access to an enclosed terrace where you can enjoy relaxing evenings, especially in the summer. Please note that pets are allowed only upon request. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge.

Despite our rural location, we’re very well connected thanks to our proximity to the highway. Birdwatchers, hikers, and cyclists will find plenty to enjoy here, as the Leine Bike Trail runs right nearby.
On-site costs: After booking, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid either on-site or in advance via bank transfer. Payment on-site can be made in cash or with a physical debit card. Cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed upon request (for a fee of 5€ per night). Services included in the base rate: final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking, bed linens, towels. Optional extras: Garage parking space 5€/night, breakfast 8€/night
