Are you looking for peace and relaxation within your own four walls while on vacation, do you want to have “enough space to live” while on vacation and enjoy the independence of deciding for yourself when you have breakfast? Your children should have their own room and the price per person should not be expensive, after all you also want to do something. The dog has to come with you because it's part of the family? There are many reasons to spend your vacation in an apartment and not in a hotel. Our apartment is one reason.
The 58 sqm holiday apartment, which is floored with laminate, is located in house 6 of the holiday park. The living/dining room is very modernly furnished with a leather sofa, flat-screen television with GIGA TV box, DVD player with a large selection of DVDs, dining area and kitchenette and invites you to relax. The apartment offers particular comfort with a dishwasher. The first bedroom has 2 comfortable box spring single beds, making it particularly comfortable to sleep on. The other bedroom is furnished with 1 comfortable box spring double bed. In the 3rd bedroom (children's room) there is a sofa bed, suitable for 2 children or 1 adult, and an extra television. We provide a travel cot for our very young guests free of charge. Your children have a large toy box with games, art supplies and books on site. A high chair and children's dishes are also part of our facility. You will find two sanitary rooms, 1 x with 2 mirror cabinets, 2 sinks and shower and 1 x a separate second guest toilet. A sunny balcony invites you to linger on nice days.
Free extras are: In winter: 1 sleigh, free WiFi, some tabs for the dishwasher.
WiFi is free, namely fast WiFi with your own contract, not WiFi via a hotspot.
The minimum stay is 2 nights, 7 nights over Christmas and New Year's Eve.
With over 700 holiday apartments, the well-kept holiday park offers guests of all ages some attractive highlights: mini golf, table tennis, chess, adventure playground. Large meadows between the houses invite you to play ball games. The low ropes course and fitness equipment for adults round off the offerings at the holiday park. The holiday park cabana is new. Our guests who have booked several apartments are happy to rent one here for a barbecue with a larger group.
The hiking and cross-country skiing trails in the Harz Nature Park start right behind the holiday park.

Die Wohnung hält, was versprochen wurde. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett. Wir haben uns wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Hallo, wie beschrieben wohnt man in einer Plattenbausiedlung. Natürlich mitten im Grünen auf dem Berg im schönen Westharz mit kurzen Wegen. Zwei der drei Schlafkojen haben wie beschrieben keine Fenster, so dass man nur über das Wohnzimmer lüften kann. Der Weg zum Bäcker und ins Ortszentrum ist zu Fuß machbar. Das Skigebiet ist auf der anderen Seite des Ortes. Ohne Schnee kann man in den Nachbarorten trotzdem viel machen: Baden, Schlittschuhfahren, mit der Harzer Schmalspurbahn reisen und mehr.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein 10 Monate altes BABY
Wohnung war gut und modern eingerichtet. Schön war die Ausstattung des Spielzimmers.
Die Kaffeemaschine schaltete sich immer aus und der Staubsauger schien keine Saugkraft zu haben.
Ansonsten schön ruhig und wir hatten schöne, 3Tage
