The Southwest Lifestyle comes alive at Copper Rock! This home overlooks the Copper Rock development and is on the edge of the wild west offering amazing sunrises and sunsets. This home is well appointed to the perfect home for short-term needs like a relocation, winter visitors, temporary job assignments etc. Our flexible and simplified terms make finding a furnished rental easy.
This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is beautiful both in and out from stained glass entry to a sunset on the back patio
Escape Properties is local and we try to stay out of your way. This property has weekly yard care and monthly pest control. Management is a simple call away if anything is needed.
You're renting the entire home. This is a second home for the owner. They do keep one car in the garage, you'll have access to the other half. They also keep personal items in the Master Closet and it is locked. They have provided a great solution for clothes in the bedroom for you. There is also plenty of storage options in the on-suite bathroom too.
Each room has queen beds. The den has amazing views. The family room has a fire place and TV. The kitchen nook has two chairs with views and it ideal for reading or thinking
You're 15 min to town for groceries - straight shot and quick access to Highway 7. 25 min. to St George. 30 min to Zion National Park
