About this house rental
Our vacation home is nestled in a private quiet (no loud parties please) H.O.A. community called "Cliff Dwellers". It is composed of south western style homes surrounded seasonably by snow capped mountains in the background. It is secluded yet close to shopping. We are located right across the street from the newest award winning P.G.A golf course, "Copper Rock".
In order to maintain the high standards of our neighborhood there are certain restrictions. No trailers are allowed to be on our property. They have to be stored off site. Available storage is close by.
We have the best of two world's. We are located half way between St. George (less than 20 miles) and Zion National Park (a little more than 20 miles). Acienda is located near the quaint town of Hurricane.

Route: Offers multiple daily trips between Las Vegas Harry Reid International

My wife and I have stayed at around 40 vacation rentals in the last 14 months, and Kathryn's rental was by far the best place we visited. The adobe home is absolutely stunning, decorated to the T with southwestern charm. And it was clean as a whistle. We fell in love with the place, so much so that we decided that when we finally settle down, a home like Kathryn's rental in a place like Hurricane is a strong possibility. The only downside to Hurricane is the heat.For travelers like us, small things differentiate "nice" rentals from "fabulous" rentals. For example, instead of cheap paper towels that dissolve the moment water touches them, Kathryn's rental offered top-quality paper towels. In nearly all rentals, the only trash cans are located in the kitchen and bathrooms as if trash is created in only those places. Kathryn's rental had trash cans in every room! Even the placement of facial tissue boxes throughout the rental made it special for us. Most rentals don't offer facial tissues at all.Kathryn is a wonderful host: responsive and flexible. When we return to Hurricane, we will be sure to rent from her.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful house and beautiful surroundings! Such a unique house with lots of character and the host was supper attentive! I highly recommend staying here.

I really loved that it’s dog friendly. The beauty and seclusion is breathtaking. The sauna was awesome. Don’t miss Bonrue bakery in downtown hurricane it’s incredible.

I am at awe. The home was clean and very relaxing in a beautiful private community. what an amazing place to stay. Ms Kathryn, the owner of the home is a sweet woman. She lives next door. Wish i can spend time with amazing people like her. I am sure shes got a ton of stories. I was admiring her decor and her house. I would definitely stay here again. One thing for all renters is that, keep the place clean and respect the property when done for the next guests. ENJOY!
