Our hosts were wonderful. The property was extremely clean and comfy when we arrived. We had an opportunity to meet our host, and Mark was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hosts did our laundry for a nominal fee. The space was fantastically relaxing. The hosts provided appliances for cooking (hot plate, griddle, waffle iron, George Foreman grill), so we were able to do some cooking in the apartment. Climate control was easily configurable and made for a comfortable visit. We were out a lot during the day, but enjoyed relaxing here in the evenings.
Not the host's fault, but there is a fair amount of neighborhood (25 mph) driving involved in getting anywhere. The only thing we didn't love about this place was that the kitchenette has VERY limited counter space, so when a cooking appliance was on the counter (e.g., making waffles), there wasn't much usable counter space for anything else.
