This 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhome can accommodate up to 14 guests. The master room comes with a Roku TV and access to its own private balcony; the perfect place to relax with a drink and enjoy watching the sunset behind the beautiful mountains. The vast, fully stocked, kitchen with a grill, offers plenty of seating and outdoor dining areas; providing plenty of room to thoroughly enjoy each other's company. After dinner will never be dull at Angel Landing, host a ping pong tournament in the garage or challenge each other on the Xbox! Zion Village Resort offers many amenities such as a community pool and fitness center. Not to mention, close access to grocery shopping and other amenities. Home was exactly as described, very clean and stocked with everything I needed. Loved the hot tub and that there were TVs everywhere. Very close to Sand Hollow where we rode UTV's. Love the communication from the owner to us when arriving, offering additional day if we needed it and reminding us of check out time and what the expectations were for leaving the property.

The staff at Red River Vacations in St George is wonderful. Their front desk staff found a rapid work-around for an administrative error on my part. A lesson in grace, friendliness and hospitality, I will carry with me for many years. Thank you.

I can't say enough good things about this place. It was perfect for our needs. And the owners thought of absolutely everything you could ask for. It was immaculately clean, and the drive to Zion Park each day for our hiking and biking activities was extremely easy. We loved it and would highly recommend❤️.

This unit was very inviting. Tons of space, comfy beds and great for entertaining. BBQ grill for easy meals and a wonderful hot tub. The clubhouse is just steps away and the pool is fantastic. Great location.
