Great location. Master bedroom bed was horrible. It has two HARD twin mattresses on top. Patio and BBQ were filthy.

Lots of space for our group. Smoker is old but worked for making some good food. Hottub was great. Kids loved the toy closet. Bathrooms are great. Pool area was good. Convenient for sand hallow and other outdoor adventures.
