On the outskirts, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 750 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: property, garden, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: lounge. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. 150 m steep footpath to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 400 m, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Ski lift, gondola lift, ski school 750 m, cross country ski track, children's playground 800 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house.
