The property was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable. It was in a perfect location. We will definitely book another stay.

This home was super cute. The neighborhood tram was convenient and the pool was a few minutes walk away. There was also kids toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, body board, and a kite in the shed. This was huge to have this much extra stuff to have at the beach. It was my sons first time flying a kite and he said it was one of his favorite things he's ever done. Restaurants are within walking distance as well and there is a good one 400 yards away from the Seacrest Private Beach area. The grouper sandwich was very good. The Donut Hole for breakfast(not just Donuts) was also really good. The beaches in this area are private so it's weird to see no one in the area next door while this area is 20 umbrellas deep and 40 or so umbrellas wide where you'll have to find a spot to hang. We actually felt fine with this and loved having more people in the water to keep wildlife away so we didn't mind it but just worth noting. The neighborhood the home is in is super cute as well. The home came with everything anyone would need except a grill. The tram stop is also right out the back door and just across the parking area so like 30 yards away which was also great. The company hosting for the owners was also very good at communication.

This property was amazing and the location was a plus. Everything was label so zero chance you will no find anything. The pool was super big.
