It was conveniently located to the shared pool and restaurants nearby.

It wasn't as clean as I'd like - the floors need to be mopped rather than just vacuumed, they felt sticky. The air conditioning mini split wouldn't go below 72 degrees and it being on the fourth floor in August in florida, it was quite warm and humid to sleep. Check out is at 9am which is early by my experience, and meant the children did not get to enjoy the pool at all seeing as the pool opens at 9. I asked for a late checkout but none was offered as they had guests arriving the next day - fair but also check in isn't until 4pm. The bracelets required everywhere are an interesting element of 30A and made everything feel like a very commercialized and manufactured experience. Glad and grateful for the place to sleep, but I wouldn't book again.
