Beautiful Top Floor Condo in High Pointe Resort!
OUR LOCATION
Set on Seacrest Beach, you’ll enjoy access to the fantastic pool, which features waterfalls, a spa and a wading pool. Private beach access is a mere 100 yards away along a boardwalk, and the High Pointe Resort also offers tennis and a children’s playground.
There’s plenty of places to eat within a few minutes’ walk, from casual dining at Crabby Steve’s on the beach to upscale-cantina Mexican fare at La Cocina.
A 10-minute walk takes you to Sea Contemporary Art Space for some culture before wandering back to the miles and miles of golden Florida beach.

**The primary renter must be at least 25 years old**
**No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**
**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**
** Golf Carts are not allowed in this community.**
** Please note that guests are not allowed visitors in this community**

Master Bedroom - King sized bed, private en suite bath with large walk-in shower
Guest Bedroom - Two sets of bunk beds with twins on top and full beds on bottom, shared bathroom with tub/shower combo
AREA ATTRACTIONS:
High Pointe Resort is a 5 min stroll (2 blocks) from Rosemary Beach's village, restaurants and shops. The 30A Bike path runs right through the front of the property and meanders along the entire 18 miles of Scenic 30A.

We enjoyed our stay at High Pointe very much! This unit was very clean, as pictured, and a great location. The host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions before and during the stay. We will definitely look at staying here again!

Our stay was amazing at High Pointe. The check in was easy. The condo was clean, and the views from the balcony of the ocean were amazing. It was very convenient to be able to go straight down to the pool, and it was a very short walk to the beach. Pay attention to the detail that says “starter amenities”. There was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one extra trash can liner. However, there is a Publix grocery store not too far away. And if you have a chance to have dinner at Crabby Steve’s at sunset, or any time, it’s a definite must!

Great condo resort with great beach area and walk to everything in Rosemary. Condo was perfect and had great views of the gulf and overlooking the lagoon style pool. Sunsets were amazing. Beachfront bar and grill seeved good food and drinks. staff very freindly.
