Wanderawhile30A is located in the TreeTop gated community of Seacrest Beach within walking distance of Rosemary, Inlet, and Alys Beaches!

Enjoy the comfort and quiet of this newly built single family residential home in the private Gated Community of Treetop located in Seacrest Beach, and is a short walk to the Seacrest private deeded beach access and less than 1 minute to the private community pool.
The TreeTop community at Seacrest Beach is one of only a handful along scenic 30A with direct access to BOTH Hwy 98 and 30A - thus, during high season, guest have the option of avoiding the endless summer traffic on 30A making trips to the nearby new Publix, or other beaches in high traffic times.
Enjoy bicycling or walking to and from Seacrest Village, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach and Alys Beach, all within a short distance of the property! Or relax and enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine on your very own secluded screened in porch or the newly added front porch.
Wanderawhile30A sleeps 10 and is perfect for two families! The house has 3 bedrooms all with their own private en-suite bathroom.
Beach & Bath towels, linens and a kitchen starter pack are also provided. Pack n’ Play and high chair are available.
Easy access to the owners locker for all guest to use include:
Six beach chairs and a beach ice chest.
5 adult bikes- many child bikes and a Burley Bike Trailer for the little ones.

Wanderawhile30A's open floor plan and use of space makes this house perfect for your next vacation getaway to the beautiful Emerald Coast.
The large custom-built dining room table seats 6 , the extended kitchen island seats 6, and the outdoor dining screen porch seats 5 which provides room for everyone to spread out during meals..
Other amenities include fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker, flat screen tv’s in every bedroom, washer/dryer, board games, cards, WIFI, two parking spaces, an outdoor hand shower and curbside trash pick-up twice a week.
House Rules: Absolutely no smoking allowed on the property at any time . As much as we love pets, they are unfortunately not allowed on the property. An adult 25 years old or older must be staying on property with all guests during the full duration of the rental period. The property sleeps 10, parties larger than 10 (excluding newborns/infants) cannot be accommodated.

We had no issues with the property. The description of the property was accurate. We made good use of the bicycles. The property also included I believe a total of five beach chairs and two umbrellas, which would cover four chairs. There are also children’s bikes of varying sizes and sand toys as well.The location was very convenient being so close to Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our hosts had poured genuine care into every detail, and it showed.The rental itself is stunning. The decor strikes that perfect balance: modern and sophisticated with just the right touch of coastal charm — elevated beach vibes without veering into kitschy territory. And the cleanliness? Immaculate. It felt like walking into a home that had been lovingly prepared just for us.What truly set this experience apart was the thoughtfulness behind every amenity. Our hosts anticipated everything we'd want in our own home, making the transition seamless. The books, games, and bikes were a genuine highlight — and they gave us the rare gift of truly unplugging for an entire week.This destination holds a very special place in our hearts. We've been visiting this area since our children were toddlers, and now they're in high school and college. This trip brought all of those beautiful memories flooding back, while creating brand new ones. There's something truly special about a place that grows with your family.To our wonderful hosts — thank you for your warmth, your responsiveness, and for creating a space that feels like it was made for us. First time staying in the area. Place was great. Host communication and suggest were fantastic. Having bikes without the extra rental cost helped tremendously. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation.

What an outstanding home! We’ve been coming to 30A for years and this was by far the most accommodating house and owners! So many attentions to details. The kitchen had the nicest dishes, cookware, silverware, etc. Complimentary beach towels, toiletries and more beach gear and bikes thank you could imagine!Communication with the owners was extremely easy and they responded immediately to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
