A convenient tram will take you to and from the beach access point, along beautiful 30A. Plus, the community pool is the second biggest in all of Florida!

Down the hall, a guest room has two twin beds, with a full bath, and another spacious guest room has two queens, with a full private bathroom. This was our first stay at a 30A beach location and we would not be more pleased with our selection. We are a family of 5 with kids ranging from 3 - 9 plus a grandparent and aunt. We were looking for a home reasonably priced with easy access to the beach and a nice pool. The neighborhood tram is clutch, but also, the beach is really only a short 10 minute walk. The nearby entertainment area is great with a variety of restuarants/cuisines and live music. Additionally, Rosemary and Alys Beaches are within walking distance as well! The home itself was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen and provided 3 adult bikes. Lastly, the management company did a great job with its communication and we were perfectly prepared in advance of our stay. We hope to visit again!

Beach bike bungalow was the perfect summer beach house. It was great for our two teens and their two friends. Perfectly situated in Seacrest easy walk to beach or tram outside of house. The hosts were so helpful with check in and check out. We even left some items behind and they tracked them down and shipped them to us very comforting to have involved hosts. We will definitely stay here again

The teens loved the bikes and location of the property. It was close to everything and they loved the freedom to walk and bike around the neighborhood, to the circle, and back and forth to the beach and pool. The bedrooms were huge and the beds were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect house for my husband, myself and our two teenage boys. Great location, able to get everywhere we wanted to easily on bikes. Beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked. Management staff was friendly and helpful . Wish there had been some board games and extra blankets but other than that fantastic stay. We will be back for sure !

Our family of five stayed with two grandparents for five nights. The location is great, right off of one of the main entry roads into the overall property. Single story is a plus, especially for safety of young children and ease of access for those who need it. There were some issues with some items being out of sorts or broken upon arrival. Also, some "extras" were a bit lacking, such as the grill being non-functional without a way to light it, the vacuum cleaner being weak, and a list of other small things we may share with the property manager. Not a fan of the tiny trash can in the common area, lack of trash bags/paper products, and the front porch visibility into the master bathroom, but none of this was enough to rate it less than 5 stars.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home and the area is nice. The fact that the pool has an adult swim time rule . All children have to get out of the pool for 15mins every hour. We do not agree with that rule or all the other rules the pool had. We go on vacation to relax and enjoy the pool. Getting in trouble because we have pool toys is ridiculous. We would not return due to the pool rules. Pools are for children! Also the beach access guard chased us down screaming yelling no bikes was very rude. It was our first day we are crossing a busy road with three kids. Did not appreciate being screamed at in that manner. The home came with three bikes. One bike was broke the first day and half of the second day.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at BBB! The house was clean and well maintained. It is a smaller house but well appointed and good size for family of 4. It was also conveniently located to pool while still being in a more quiet area. The only thing we didn’t like was that the best bathroom in the house was in the the room with 2 queen beds as opposed to the master. Oversee is a great management company and all necessary info on the unit was provided and easy to locate. Would definitely rent from them again.

We appreciated the three bikes and the keypad lock on the door so we didn’t have to worry about keys. The only downside was that there was not enough hot water for all of us to shower with at the end of a beach day.

This was our first time to visit the 30A area and we loved that this house was within walking/biking distance to the beach, Seacrest shops and restaurants, and also neighboring Rosemary Beach and Alys beach. Our only disappointment was that the actual Seacrest beach area was so small and overcrowded. It seems that the umbrella/chair rental company has a disproportionate share of the beach so those of us who didn’t want to rent chairs had to plan our day around finding space on the beach, and even then we were much too close to our neighbors to make it truly relaxing. For this reason alone I might not rent in Seacrest again - especially as they are building many new homes and it will only get more crowded. This is unfortunate as we did love this house and would stay in it again for sure if it were in a different location.

Overall the property was very clean and in a great location. A very short walk to the pool and beach. There was the expected wear and tear to the furniture and kitchenware. They could use a deeper clean for the bathtub caulk, shower liners, and outdoor grill or replace them completely. These aren't deal breakers and I would come back. The community has such nice amenities and Oversee was an excellent management company to work with.

This property is excellent for a family. It was very clean, just as described. Great location, close to pool, but not too close to hear any noise. Tram service to beach was very easy. Comfortable beds. Used the washer/dryer, works great. Enjoyed just sitting out on the front porch reading books. Took bike rides everyday! Will stay here again, we all loved it.
