This flat is located in the centre of town and one minute walk from the beach and Deal Pier. It is close to the shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars.
Please note that the accommodation is above a music bar. Whilst this is absolutely perfect for those wanting to visit the Vibrant nightlife of Deal the weekends have to offer, this space would only be suggested to those wanting to enjoy peaceful time away Mon-Weds.
Our Music licence on Fri/Sat is 1am and 11pm on a Sunday.
The space
There is one main bedroom with a king size double bed.
The lounge is open plan to the kitchen. There is a double sofa bed and extra bedding can be requested.
There is one small bathroom with a shower/bath. To access the bathroom you must walk through the main bedroom.
The property is above a bar, it has steep stairs so would not be ideal for young children, although there are doors that close the stairs off. If booking with Children the quiet times are durning the week. A highchair can be provided on request.
Guest access
There is a separate entrance to 15A for guests to use.
Guests will be have the entire flat to themselves, including bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen.
Guests will be able to collect the keys from the bar during opening hours. Otherwise we will meet you at the property to give you the keys.
Please ensure the flat is locked behind you and keys hung up on the hooks as you leave.
Other things to note
The property is one minute walk from the beach. If you are bringing pets on your stay then please make sure they are taken for regular walks as there is no garden.
The walk from Deal Train station is around five minutes . If you are arriving before your check in time and would like to drop off your cases I can arrange for them to be kept at the bar. This needs to be arranged prior.
There is no parking and Deal parking is very expensive. The best option is to pay to park at Deal Train Station which is 5 per day.
Please be respectful, there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside. Smoking outside the front of the property is permitted, please use the sand bucket provided.
