We enjoyed this property— it’s perfect for three generations. It was clean and had plenty of room and a very large multi-purpose dining, living room, kitchen. We didn’t bump into each other. All switched and instructions clearly marked. There is security and a loud notification system for all doors. For small kids, this is helpful but we turned the volume lower. I believe it is a newer VRBO. All towels were soft . We brought plastic wear and paper plates, but the kitchen was wells stocked with all kinds of utensils. We also brought a keurig as the house only had drip coffee. Some of the items were old and ready for upgrades — for example, all things in the garage — ping pong and pool tables were small kids. Location— it’s close to shopping and easy going south and west. If you are going to Disney, it wasn’t too bad. Universal and SeaWorld was longer. The neighborhood was quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Also, not mentioned in listing is the neighborhood had a play ground and tennis court. It was a great place to catchup with family, play games, and relax.
