About this house rental
You will absolutely love our home! It is just what you and your family need! When you first enter the home you will find a guestroom (queen bed)with bathroom to your left and then another bedroom with twin beds right next to it. If you look over to the left you will see the garage door (we have made it into a game room). As you keep walking you will find another room with 2 twin beds and another bath in the hallway facing the laundry closet. Once you keep walking into the home you will find the living room on the left and the kitchen on the right, the dinning area follows. To the left corner you will find the master (king bed) bedroom with 5 piece bathroom set and his and her closet. The living room and the master bedroom both include entrance doors to the heated pool and hot tub. Outside you will find a table for 6 as well as an extra bathroom. In the garage we have a pool/air hockey table , as well as pool floaties, beach umbrella and grille.

The description was perfect the walk through video they have is accurate. It comes with everything you could think of even extras for the beach. We didn’t have any problems checking in or with the amenities.

Rented for a family vacation after Christmas. Only real issue we had was we requested pool and spa heat and it did not get turned on until two days before we left but I do not believe this to be any fault of the owner. I believe the management on site company did not do was they were told or were unfamiliar with how to work the controls for the heater. The owner was apologetic and refunded our entire fee for heat even though we did have technically 2 days of it. We were very appreciative and feel that she did not have to do this but did for our trouble. The layout of the home we really liked. Single story. Large main living room/dining room/kitchen area was the focal point. Large master suite in rear to separate from rest of home for privacy is a nice touch. The kitchen. Was very well stocked and equipped. Even had some condiments and shelf stable food as well as coffee. Basic starter pack of cleaning supplies. Newer living room furniture as well as kitchen refrigerator. Very comfortable bar area. Overall, we were very happy with the home and the ownership. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises

Upon our arrival we were surprised to see the cleaning lady there after check in time, this was not what we were expecting after driving so long and being very tired. Cleaning lady informed us that she was not made aware til the day we were set too arrive. This was our first disappointment, second the pool table that was supposed to be for adults was for kids only and was missing balls, which was useless to use, pool was not cleaned, garbage from previous renters was not left out for pick up so this cause more garbage to be left out in the heat for 2 more weeks which became infested with tons of flies, and maggots which me and my husband had to get contractors bags to put garbage bags into until garbage was set to be picked up not what we should be doing on our vacation not pleasing at all, the screens to the pool area have been ripped so everyday we where Infested with flies, and the Jacuzzi work every few days. I would end this by saying I will probably not rent this home again. I have rented much better homes for less. Sorry Tina..have to be honest about our experience.
