5BD Beautiful home in Highgate Park + Pool + Game Room 9 miles to Disney
A spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath ,Sleeps 10 home located in the gated community of HighGate Park at Legacy Park, well located on Hwy 27 off 192.
Disney is about 8 miles away by car and Universal is about 45 minutes away. This particular neighborhood is a quiet, secluded place to stay.
There are hours of fun with pool table, X-box and foosball in the games room garage.
8 miles from the main gate of Walt Disney World this villa is the perfect location. It is also just 20 minutes from Sea world and 45 minutes from the Universal theme parks. If you want to go to one of Florida's world famous beaches, either coast is just over an hour drive away.
Downstairs there is an airy double height living area with triple French doors providing an abundance of natural light. Relax on the sofas and enjoy the large-screen smart TV, including Netflix, Disney + plus high-speed internet.
Stepping out onto the pool deck, there is a shaded covered lanai area perfect for al fresco dining on the patio table and chairs. Around the generous pool there are also lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun throughout the day, given the north-facing orientation. Our neighbors are both one level home so we get sun on our pool deck all year round.
The kitchen has new high quality appliances, plus plenty of cupboard space stocked with everything you might need to serve your family. There is a breakfast bar on the island as well as a sunny breakfast corner. Alternatively, enjoy a meal together at the formal dining table, which is adjacent to a secondary seating area at the front of the house.
There are two bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom. There is an upstairs master suite with a king bed and bathroom with a walk-in shower, garden tub and double sinks as well as closets. Across from an upstairs loft area that offers a quiet work station on the landing, there are two additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds, the other with a queen bed. All bedrooms have ceiling lights and Smart TVs with Roku.
Towels and linens are provided along with a washer and dryer available for guest use.
There is also convenient driveway parking in front of the villa and a home alarm system is included in the home.
The superior gated community of Legacy Park, which is located on Hwy 27, close to the crossing with Hwy 192, centrally located near shopping, restaurants and golf courses. There is a Publix supermarket nearby and a large Walmart for shopping.

Our stay was Awesome!!! This is a Beautiful Home.
The swimming pool was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues, internet outage and the washer. The property manager reacted immediately.
Fixed everything right away. We just had a great time.
Communication with the owners and their follow through was exceptional.

This was my first Vrbo rental and was pleasantly surprised. Our host Lucy made it super easy for me and answered all my questions. She was really nice and responsive. My family of 9 had a wonderful time. Lucy's home was roomy and pretty much stocked with all sorts of pantry items/things. The kids loved the pool. Her home is placed in a good location near food places and shops. Again thank you Lucy for your beautiful home!
