We are located 6 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.
Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your own fishing excursion!
New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

The room was very clean along with the bathroom very nice overall. Took 2 days for someone to get back to me. The apartment was located on the 7th floor elevator was quite quick most of the time even though one was out. The other residents of the building seem to be various mixture of people living there and short-term and almost transient like tennants. The ad said no hidden fees and when I checked in I had to purchase a parking pass for either 10 a day or 100 a month. Tiki Bar hours 11a to6:00 p.m. the parking deck was a little bit questionable with some "activities" going on there. Doors to the outside of the building had no locks, or broken. I did feel safe most of the time.
