This 1 Bedroom Ocean View offers all the same amenities as the 1 Bedroom Ocean View with accessible features that follow ADA standards and includes a Transfer-entry Shower, grab bars, lowered counter tops and ADA appliances. This 1,157 square foot residence features a well-appointed, stylish, modern design with an open concept, 1 bedroom with lowered king bed (24 inches high), 1 full bath, premium Wi-Fi, kitchen, breakfast bar, living/dining area, and washer and dryer. The open concept living space turns the kitchen, living room and balcony into 1000+ square feet of entertainment space with sliding doors that open wide to create a true indoor/outdoor experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove top, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishware to be able to make your favorite meal. Dine at either the breakfast counter with seats for four or at the outdoor table with seats for four. Floor-to-ceiling windows offers sweeping views and natural light throughout the residence. Sliding doors from both the living room and bedroom lead to a spacious 248 square foot terrace creating a private outdoor dining and living room. The open concept living room area features a sofa and two chairs and provides plenty of room to enjoy television on the 65" 4k television. The sofa opens to a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The bedroom features lowered king bed, 50" 4k flat screen television and closet space with plenty of room to unpack and feel at home either a short or extended stay. The bathroom has a lowered double vanity, transfer-entry shower and grab bars.

- Government-issued photo identification and a credit or debit card are required at check-in for incidental charges; cash deposits are not accepted.
- A $250 incidental/security deposit will be required at time of check-in
- You’re welcome to check-in any time at the Front Desk after 4:00 pm. The front desk hours are 7am to 11pm
- Covered garage and uncovered parking options are available for registered guests $24 plus tax per night. One vehicle per room. Visitor parking or additional vehicle parking is also available for $24 plus tax per night in our overflow parking lot across the street.
