FIRST FLOOR OCEAN FRONT WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE FROM POOL DECK! This unique unit is one of only four of its kind in the entire building. Separate bedroom and living area with FULL KITCHEN and WASHER AND DRYER!
The oceanfront floor to ceiling windows bring the outside in and the private pool deck entrance makes this perfect for families. Bring your baby monitor and you can enjoy the pool deck while the kids get an afternoon nap. Fully furnished with all that you need to prepare meals and hit the beach. Nicely updated throughout with an oversized comfy couch w/ pull out sleeping sectional, reclining love seats, independent HVAC, 75" flat screen TV, fireplace & arcade game, dining table, and two double beds in the bedroom. It also includes a coded entry so no need to worry about keys. In addition, the building offers multiple resort style amenities: pool, Tiki Bar and Grill, fitness equipment, business center and conference room, and free internet. While you have everything you need without ever leaving, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and adventures within walking distance.
Resort charges a $10/day resort fee, collected at front desk upon arrival
So close to any activity you could imagine. Local golf courses, fishing charters, catamaran charter, dolphin site seeing. Disney is less than 2 hours away! Head north an hour to historic St. Augustine for the day, or south an hour to check out Cape Canaveral!

Or head out to the jetty and do some fishing or hang at the park/beach area at the jetty where there are grills, covered pavilions, bathrooms

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Everything was great. Plenty of space and walk out the door straight to the beach. Beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Hopefully it's available next year for our next vacation and many years to come!

Our host Donna has been one of the best!!! This place has all of comforts of home. Kitchen is stocked with all your needs, best place ever when it came to that.
The beds were so comfy and was a plus to have a washer and dryer.
Living area is spacious enough where you don’t feel cramped. Very nice and cozy beach front room. THE VIEW!!!! I could live with that view.
The walkway to the beach and pool couldn’t get any better. Was great being right there.
My only complaint is the pool was cold, but that has nothing to do with the owner. I would definitely recommend staying here, you can’t go wrong!
Donna thank you for a very enjoyable week, even though the weather didn’t cooperate, but thank you for sharing your place with us. Daytona is our happy place and working with you made it even better. I wish I could have given you a 10 star rating !!!
