This massive 2100 sq ft 11th floor 2 BR condo has wide river views from nearly all rooms and the massive 450 sq ft balcony. After a day on the beach just ride the elevator to your unit for drinks while watching the sunset over the river. Located in the highest end building on the beach featuring world class amenities you could not ask for more. The Ocean Vistas building boasts an oceanfront pool, hot tub and fire pit. Just step out the building to those features and then down the ramp to the beach. The building also has an oceanfront fitness center, a club room with large TV and pool table, and a business center. We stayed in 604 which is ocean front. This condo is beautifully decorated. The early morning sunrise from the balcony is breathtaking. The sitting area in the master bedroom lets you see the beach and ocean without being out in the heat on the balcony--it was very hot the week we were there. Staff was very friendly and checked on us throughout our stay to see if we were having any problems or needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property! We have stayed at this complex several times and are always very happy with our condominium. Will probably rent this unit again.

The condo was OK-comfortable, spacious, clean upon arrival. I immediately noticed that the second room does NOT have 2 beds as pictured in listing which was quite deceiving. Beds were very comfortable however. Fireplace didn’t work which was a bummer since we had planned to sit around the fire a couple of night that we knew it would be chilly. Host greets you and takes you on tour of facilities-not exactly what you want to do after a multiple hour long drive with your 4 kids but we tolerated. The parking situation was awful. One night we had to actually go up to another persons room to ask them to move their vehicle because they were on the parking line and we couldn’t park! The spaces are WAY TOO NARROW. Yea, you can park your car-good lick squeezing yourself and your kids out of the doors though. It was just such an annoyance anytime we left/returned. The area itself was not what we expected AT ALL. There are cops constantly sitting out across the street in wait I assume because of all of the transients & seedy people you see around the area-not the mention the extremely questionable “tattoo shop” across the street with visitors all hours of the night and morning (2-3 am)..sketchy sketchy. Doesn’t feel safe at all outside of the condo. Condo itself did feel pretty secure once you’re in the parking gate. Kitchen was well stocked-bring your own cutting board though! All in all the actual condo was OK, It just wasn’t the vacation that we had anticipated at all.
