The living room holds a beautiful new sofa set to enjoy the large flat-screen TV. The living room overlooks the dining area fit with an elegant dining table, bar stools, and breathtaking views of the ocean below. From the living room step onto the private balcony and relax on patio furniture while watching the waves crash against the shore.
The modern kitchen is fully stocked and is seamlessly connected with the living room and dining area. The granite counter top that separates the living room and kitchen area acts as a great serving area for food. The kitchen appliances include a stove-top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a dishwasher.
When you are ready to relax and rejuvenate after an exciting adventure at the beach, there are 3 bedrooms to meet your needs. The primary suite hosts a king bed, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. The en suite primary bathroom holds a gorgeous walk-in shower with a handheld shower head, 6’ garden tub, and double vanity. The charming second and third bedroom each have a flat-screen TV, queen bed, and twin bed. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. This property does have a video doorbell.

The place was very nice…clean, quiet and very well stocked. It was a perfect home away from home for us for the week. The unit was beautiful and very well maintained. Beds were comfy. The had a great supply of beach items for use. The building was quiet and elevators were quick, never had to wait long for them. Only complaint is there weren’t a lot of lounge chairs at the pool and they would fill up fast/ but you have that at a lot of places. The beach was nice and flat.. high tide made it a little hard with having cars driving up and down the beach but that was a cool experience. The Location was perfect for us, there was a putt putt place right across the street with live baby gators, restaurants and shops close by. The boardwalk was less than 10 minutes away. If I were to come back to Daytona Beach I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for having us we had a great time!

Great family vacation. Condo large enough for family master bedroom opposite end from guests rooms. Clean and provided tons of linens and beach towels and beach accessories like boogie boards and umbrella and sand toys.
