Being located in a great neighborhood just south of International Speedway Boulevard, makes this a prime location in Daytona Beach Shores. Spectacular sunrises over the ocean and river set the stage for your dream vacation! Welcome to Opus where gourmet kitchens accompanied with luxury furnishings compliment the stunning views of the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean. Opus Condominiums are known for being luxurious and have great access to amenities on premise such as an oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, club room with billiards, fitness center, and lavish meeting rooms. 6' garden tubs, over-sized balconies, and under-building assigned parking all secured with the serenity of virtually soundproof walls. A superb package of luxury amenities make Opus Condominiums the best mix of an oceanfront resort and a beachfront condominium complex.
The primary suite with a king bed hosts a beautiful bathroom completed by a gorgeous, tiled shower and 6' garden tub. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds and the second bedroom has a queen bed, allowing up to 8 people to utilize the condo.
The upscale living room is completed by a large, smart TV and brand new sofa while overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is outfitted with new, stainless appliances and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The over-sized balcony affords guests a breathtaking place to take in the views of the Atlantic Ocean and intercostal waterways.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
Please note that even if you cancel outside of the cancellation window and receive a full refund, the "Booking Fee" is never refundable. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Our agents are happy to assist and answer any questions.

We love staying at Opus! Good for families, spacious! Right across from mini golf and ice cream is nearby. I would have given it perfect but cleaning team needs to do little better. Master shower was not that clean and floors seemed dirty. I would stay here again so just improve that and it’s perfect!

We had such an amazing vacation here! From the time we booked this place to the time we checked out, it was a great experience. We chose this location specifically because it was one of the few condos in the area that actually had an open pool, which of course was a huge hit with our little ones! The management company was very responsive and answered any questions we had before and during our stay and made sure that we had all of our arrival instructions. Check-in was a breeze and we were really impressed with how clean the condo was when we arrived! The condo itself was so beautiful. Very modern and tastefully furnished and we absolutely loved being able to sit on the balcony and just enjoy the ocean views! We will definitely stay here again and cannot recommend Oceans Luxury Vacations enough!

To start with, communication prior to, during, and after our stay was phenominal! We knew exactly what to pack, where to go when we arrived, what the WiFi was, all before we even arrived. As a planner, I loved that!
Then, when we arrived everything was not just clean, but pristine! Cleanest place I've ever stayed and I've stayed at many.
The pool was perfect and we had so much fun making family memories between the pool and beach. We all appreicated being within walking distance to many acitivities, stores, and resturants so we moved our vehicle maybe once the entire stay - loved that!
I truly have nothing negative to say on this property or host. Truly a 10 out of 10 if there ever was one!
