This fabulous two bedroom, two bathroom unit offers 2,097 square feet of living area, plus an additional 450 square feet of outdoor living space on the wrap around balcony, complete with built-in Jenn-Air outdoor grill, seating for 8 and beautiful Intracoastal waterway and sunset views.

There is NO OCEAN VIEW from this condo unit, however you have access to and use of a direct oceanfront balcony, complete with tables and chairs, on the oceanfront side of the club room.

Parking: passes are included for "gated" garage on premises parking-one reserved parking spot and one unmarked first come, first served parking spot. Maximum vehicle height is 6'7". No trailer parking is permitted on premises.
Host fee of $249 represents $180 for departure cleaning and $69 for damage protection coverage.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted personally by a member of the property management team. Guests will be given a tour of the building, amenities and the private condominium residence. Should any questions arise or you need assistance during your stay, you will be provided with contact information for the property management team. The building concierge is also available from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday for questions pertaining to the building amenities and common areas.
This is a private condominium residence. You are expected to treat the property and residence with proper care and respect! Should any problem arise during your stay, upon notification, we will take swift action to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction and enjoyment during your stay is our priority!

We had an AMAZING long term stay at Bill’s condo. From our initial booking Bill has been responsive, helpful and kind. The condo is beautiful inside, spotless and very spacious. We had everything we needed during our stay. The view and beach were incredible, quiet and very clean. Having a dedicated covered parking space was so helpful and having a in unit washer and dryer was such a plus and difficult to come by. Great location, near everything and had wonderful amenities like a pool to enjoy.One of our best stays we have had in the area to date. Highly recommend and we will be back again!

Property was spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen and convenient access to the beach. Overall, it was a very good experience. The most significant shortfall of the property was that the king bed in the master bedroom sagged on both sides with a hump in the middle. The property owner asked for feedback on possible improvements, and he was informed of the poor mattress quality. You may want to verify the mattresses have been changed prior to booking your stay. Host was very friendly with good communication.
