This property was incredible. The main house has plenty of space, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There are two living areas, whereas the downstairs living area was easily converted into a sleeping area for my daughter and baby. In addition to the main house, there was a small cottage. It was a very functional, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a full kitchen. We had a large group so that additional space was wonderful. Behind the cottage was a huge backyard, not typical for any home in the area. We could play football games and run around all over, all within the safety of the property. The older folks could sit on the large deck and enjoy the youngsters playing. The location was also amazing, with a great neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc, were easily accessible from the location. We have stayed in a few dozen rental properties and this one is easily in our top three. If you need a place for you, your kids and the grandkids, this is the best option for you.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Artsy Arvada Cottage. The house and the guest house fit our family perfectly. We had 9 people getting ready for a wedding, so It was so helpful to have 5 bathrooms. The check-in and checkout process was a breeze, and the host had GREAT communication. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
