The main living room is bright and welcoming, with a plush sectional and large windows. An open layout connects seamlessly to the dining area with seating for six and a kitchen designed for everyday cooking. Stainless steel appliances, a smart refrigerator, and a stocked coffee station make meal prep simple, while sliding doors open to the deck for outdoor dining. On the lower level, a second living area offers space for games and movies, featuring a foosball table, oversized bean bags, a 55-inch smart TV, and family-friendly board games.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and nine beds comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests. The master suite includes a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom has two twin beds, and a third is furnished with a full-size bed. On the lower level, a queen bedroom is paired with a bunk room that holds two sets of twin bunks. Each bedroom includes linens, blackout curtains, and thoughtful touches to encourage restful nights.

With three bathrooms, there is convenience for every guest. The ensuite bath in the master suite provides privacy, while a second full bathroom upstairs serves nearby bedrooms. A third full bath on the lower level is easily accessed from the queen and bunk rooms. Each space is equipped with either a walk-in shower or tub-shower combination, along with spacious vanities, hot water, and fresh towels.

The fenced backyard is designed for gathering and play. A deck with BBQ grill and dining table creates an inviting space during warm seasons, while evenings can be spent around the fire pit. Comfortable outdoor furniture adds to the setting, and there is plenty of room for kids to run and play.

Keep in mind this neighborhood has children outside playing at any given time. Speeding will not be tolerated. Please do not exceed 15 MPH when in residential neighborhoods.

Plenty of room for friends and family and close by to other VRBO's for the groomsmen.

We brought a group for a dance competition and the location was perfect to accommodate our adults and kids for their needs and wants. Very spacious property and in a great spot near many essential stops and just minutes from activities. We had a great and easy stay!

The home had many beds, which were all comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the main living room for our group of eight.
The location was close to stores and felt very safe.
Things that didn’t make sense:
Small pots, nothing to use to cook enough for our group at once. We literally made the same meal three times so we could all eat.
Towels that were likely purchased at the dollar store.
Not enough cutlery for our group.
Freezing downstairs-couldn’t use the room that was lower for tv or games because it was ridiculously cold.
