The home is located in a secure, gated community with access controlled by a main gate. As part of Administration HOA regulations a fee of $25 should be paid per vehicle in entrance to the guard, this fee may appear in your reservation as “community fee” and it only includes one vehicle. Any 2nd vehicle should be paid at entrance. You’ll receive all entry instructions before your arrival for a smooth and easy self check-in.
We give our guests space and privacy, but we`re always just a message or phone call away if you need anything! 💬📲
