Very nice rental with great amenities, close to the beach.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect, the condo was comfortable for our family of four, and it had all the amenities we needed for the perfect week in paradise. Marilyn was amazing and went over and above for our family-we arrived the night before Easter and not only did she let me ship some Easter basket items ahead of us, the condo had cute Easter decorations up. We loved having the option to cook for ourselves (grocery store Amigos right across the street), laundry was super convenient to have, and we went to the kiosks for meals and fun many times. Overall, would 100 percent recommend and we will be back. Thank you Marilyn!

Perfect home base for a family exploring El Yunque! The condo felt very secure and safe, and was very clean and comfortable!

The location to the beach was incredible, and having all of the beach gear available on the porch was very much appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the apartment, especially the kitchen was terrible. Many of the dishes, especially the pots and pans were greasy. The oven had dried oven cleaner inside it so we could not cook our food. The refrigerator seal had black mold in it and rust all over. There was sand and hair under the couch upon our arrival. One of the glass window slats was missing, so mosquitos flew in the living room. There is a lot of potential for this to be a good rental, but there are updates that need to be made, repairs, and also an additional A/C unit should be added to the living room because only the bedrooms had A/C.
