The property includes many amenities you can enjoy, such as a tennis, volleyball and basketball court, playground and a community pool that’s within a few steps from the house and can also be viewed right from the backyard! Playa Azul beach is a 3 minute walk , where you can relax, swim, tan, snorkel, build sandcastles or watch sunsets & sunrises- all within reach!

The house was the perfect location, so close to everything you needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The beaches around here are my favorite in Puerto Rico. Please visit playa Punta Bandera if you’re here. You’re about a one minute drive from the Kioskos. Thank you Rebecca for making my little fur baby enjoy her first trip to Puerto Rico

This was one of the nicest experiences we’ve had! I stayed here with my kids, and it was perfect for a family getaway. The pool being right in the backyard was a huge plus, and there are tennis courts just around the corner. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, which made everything super convenient.The community felt very safe and quiet, and the location is great—close to San Juan, the rainforest, and other attractions, with easy access to get around.The house itself was beautiful and very clean. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.Overall, it was a very relaxing experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it! If we ever come back we will definitely stay at this place.

The house was modern and clean. Family lived that their was a pool. Easy access to the beach of Luquillo, a very beautiful beach. We loved it and if and when we return, will will definitely stay here.
