About this apartment rental
Relax in this unique and extraordinary getaway. The Sand Castle at Punta Bandera is located in a private place but at the same time, close to places like El Yunque National Forest, Los Kioskos de Luquillo and Hacienda Carabali; places where you can find very exciting activities for you and your companion; or for the whole family.
The Space
Apartment 121 located on the second level of the condominium. Upon entering you will find a spacious living room with a very comfortable sectional where 1 to 2 people can sleep. A balcony with table and chairs to rest admiring the green of the forest that is located at the back of the building. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials so that you do not lack anything, as if you were at home. Also, it has a washer and dryer. Upon entering the hallway you will find on your right the main room with a queen bed, which has a completely remodeled bathroom and on the left a room with a double bunk bed where 2 adults or 4 small children can sleep comfortably. At the end of the hallway you will find the 2nd bathroom to share which has also been remodeled, and on the right the third room with a Queen size bed.
Guest access
The apartment has been set so you can use all the areas, except the closet in the hallway where cleaning and maintenance equipment is kept. Outside the building, there are common areas which can be used by everyone, however, the gazebo area can be used only when a prior reservation has been made. You will have a special key to use with the gate that guarantees to you access to the beach. You will also have access to two parking lots which have been labeled with the numbers 5-121 and 6-121.
Other things to note
We know that you will be very responsible and you will be aware of all the details, however, we want to mention some information that will be of great importance to everyone:
1. There are 3 main keys:
- Front door gate
- Front door
- Gate to the beach
Any of these that are lost you will pay the cost of $100.00 each to be replaced.
2. The parking gate has a beeper. If it is lost, it has a cost of $100.00 to be replaced.
3. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited, if you do not comply with this guideline you will have a penalty of $175.00
4. The living room and kitchen have 1 main air conditioning unit. To turn it on you must close the balcony sliding door, this will help it stay cold at all times. If you turn on the air, you must make sure that the balcony shutters are open, this so that the compressor can expel the hot air.
5. All bedrooms air conditioning.
6. If you want to work and need to print a document, we have installed a printer so you can connect any device to it.
7. The apartment has Wi-Fi and Cable TV.

This place was perfect for our stay near the beach. The gps gave us a few different directions on the final street - you just need to drive all the way to the end and those are the correct condos!
We had everything we needed and the host was very communicative. We'd definitely stay here again.
