About this villa rental
Stay in a beautifully remodeled (new) beach access townhouse located in a tranquil gated community with luscious green areas perfect for leisurely walks and direct access to the sand.. It boasts ample recreational facilities that include a community’s pool, tennis & pickleball court, gazebo, basketball court, volleyball area, and full children’s playground. This family-friendly vacation rental comfortably sleeps 6 and features a private terrace and patio.
Amenities: The house is fully furnished and equipped in addition to having: a/c inverter units in both bedrooms and in the living room, 8 ceiling fans throughout the property. If you open all the windows you'll have great cross ventilation because of the corner location. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove-top oven, conventional oven, microwave, coffee makers, tea kettle, and all sorts of kitchen utensils. There is a washer/dryer, WiFi Internet, Cable TV, board games, basketball, beach chairs, kid's toys for the beach, cooler, lounge hammocks and more.
The L-shaped terrace is spacious, cozy and private as it sits in a corner and overlooks a patio with shady fruit trees. Best place for the morning coffee, drinks and a relaxing BBQ! There is an outdoor shower for after the beach or pool (in addition to the ones in the parking area near the beach). The villa has an an ample parking area that easily fits 3 cars plus many more in the dead-end street.
Get ready to sink your toes into soft sands. It has a private gated access to Luquillo beach with an ample parking area and outdoor showers. In addition, you’re 2 minutes away from Luquillo Monserrate Beach, one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico. Want variety? Head to Seven Seas beach in Fajardo.. Food, souvenirs? The Kioskos de Luquillo (Luquillo Kiosks: 61 food, bar, and art businesses next to each other) are just a two minute drive from the villa. Golf? You're 10 minutes from the Westin Rio Mar Hotel and Golf Club. Shopping? It is a 5-minute drive to the Fajardo Mall and movie theaters. In the other direction you can find the Canovanas Outlet Stores. Carabali Park is a mere 8 minutes away where you can enjoy horseback riding, four track guided tours, go karts and horseback riding. Within walking distance, there are many restaurants and foodtrucks, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and other specialty stores and businesses., even a live jazz club in town.
The beach villa is only 15 minutes away from the world-famous El Yunque Rainforest and Las Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve and Lighthouse (which is home to one of the world's last remaining bioluminescent bays). Some of the nearby activities include surfing and windsurfing at nearby La Pared or La Selva. It is a 30-minute drive to Ceiba to the ferries and airport that provide transportation to the offshore islands of Culebra and Vieques. By the way, ask us about the two beautiful apartments we own and rent in Culebra.

My family and I had a great time here. The home and community were ideal for our 3 week stay. Zoraida was quick to communicate with us regarding any issues and addressed them right away. During an unfortunate blackout in the area, she was very proactive in making sure that we were comfortable. We hope to return again in the near future.

First off, Mr. Gustavo and his wife are very awesome people to work with. From initiating the reservation, to answering questions, to helping out my wife with recommendations once we arrived, they are very professional, friendly, and they genuinely want you to enjoy your vacation. Their place is great - a/c in the downstairs family room and both bedrooms works great, the property is very well maintained and clean (both inside and out!) with beautiful grounds and an inviting covered porch to relax outside (hammock is super relaxing!), and it's literally a couple of minutes walk to the gorgeous Playa de Azul complete with separate community access gate so you're not fighting any crowds or worrying about parking. Satellite TV and WiFi were awesome for keeping the kids entertained in the evenings and during intermittent rain.You really can't beat the location, either. It's less than 45 min to San Juan, less than 5 minutes to the Kioskos, less than 20 minutes to get into the heart of the rainforest, about 20 minutes to get to Fajardo and the Seven Seas Beach areas, and only 5 minutes to get to pretty much any grocery/fast food store you want. Even with the strangeness of COVID protocols, we enjoyed our time here and highly recommend Las Sirenas. Traveling with 4 kids, we appreciated the security and everything this place offers. We will return in the future!
