One mile to the famous 60 Kioscos. Minutes away from El Yunque Rain Forest and Fajardo and BioBay. Boardriders Surf Bar & Grill within walking distance to enjoy a night of good food and Karaoke. We had an outstanding stay at this penthouse in Luquillo and would absolutely return. The property was exactly as advertised: spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped for a family vacation. The panoramic views were spectacular and became a highlight of our trip, whether enjoying coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening.The location was ideal for exploring eastern Puerto Rico. We found it convenient for visiting Luquillo Beach, El Yunque, Fajardo, and Old San Juan while still providing a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The pool was a huge hit with our three children and was used every single day.The host was responsive, helpful, and provided clear instructions that made check-in and our stay effortless. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, comfortable beds, reliable air conditioning, and one detail that seasoned travelers will appreciate: the hot water was actually hot and consistently available throughout our stay.Overall, the property struck the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and value. If you’re looking for a spacious, family-friendly home base with incredible views, excellent amenities, and easy access to many of Puerto Rico’s top attractions, this penthouse is an exceptional choice. Highly recommended, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great condo! We loved the rooftop view. Pool was quite basic but nice for a quick swim. The condo is nicely updated and very clean. We really appreciated the washer/dryer. Playa Azul is accessible easily by walking. Beautiful beach, although there were high surf warnings for most of the island while we were here, and the waves were large. We still enjoyed boogie boarding, although we were careful not to go out very far. Would definitely stay here again!Some details about the layout:The main floor has 2 bedrooms (with king bed and queen bed) each with a bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining area. The upstairs has another bedroom (which is open to the living area below although still decent privacy) and another bathroom. Rooftop deck opens via doors off of the upper bedroom.
