Your slice of Park Point paradise awaits you. Updated 2-bedroom beach front home with newer central A/C and gas fireplace in the Lake Superior room. Enjoy Duluth's lively bar and restaurant scene by night and the endless recreation opportunities by day, Includes use of stand-up paddle board which has kayak seat option and premium Italian-made six person Surrey bike which is great for Park Point's bike lane. Fall in love with Duluth and enjoy the magic it has to offer. The best realtor in town explained that the VRBO license lottery system in DLH is rigged which is why we have only a standard rental license that limits us to one guest per month (minimum ten night stay at $390 per night with the option before or during your visit to add up to 20 nights for only $100/night additional (which reduces the rate for a one month stay to $195/night).
