Owned by three proud Denfeld HS alumni (the “Hunters”), its design celebrates the best of western Duluth and includes locally crafted outdoor furniture from Loll Designs, and cozy, eclectic interior furnishings expressing local, regional, and global influences. The Landing features a living space with kitchenette and a BBQ patio overlooking the river with picnic table and seating. This beautiful home sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms and a convertible sofa. Part of the RiverWest community, Hunters Landing is among the closest homes to the river. The community offers easy access to nearby kayak and other boat rentals for exploring the river, and a wealth of year-round outdoor activities including downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, all kinds of biking, hiking, fishing, and more. Yet, I-35, Lincoln Park, Canal Park, Lake Superior and most Twin Ports destinations are all only minutes away. We had a great time staying here. The unit was super clean and nicely appointed. We had no complaints and loved watching the sun rise over the St. Louis river each morning. Just a few minutes from the lower lift at Spirit Mountain, we will definitely stay here again.
