A charming & spacious two story- four bedroom home that can accommodate families, friend groups, couples, and 4 legged friends! Centrally located near restaurants, parks, and our next door neighbor, Duluth. Located just a few minutes from Barkers Island & walking distance to the University of Wisconsin-Superior.

The main floor has generously sized rooms. The kitchen has been updated which includes all your necessary kitchen appliances. The second floor features four bedrooms, with a king, two queens, and a full size bed + a full bath with a classic clawfoot tub.
Another highlight of this home is the large enclosed front porch, where you can relax and soak in the daylight. This home is on a corner lot, offering a sense of space and privacy with a fenced in backyard that your four legged family members can enjoy :) Portable AC is used in the home. Portable units can be found in 2 of the 3 bedrooms.

This is such a gem. Beautiful property, close enough to Duluth to explore wherever we wanted, but still a peaceful location. Andrew was very prompt and professional too, made booking and check-in a breeze!

Convenient location, Easy check in. Only 1 small bathroom for 5 adults was a bit of a challenge. Able to cook meals and grilled while there.

Amazing location, moments from Duluth, with easy access to the North shore. This is our second visit to this property; a testament to the quality of our experience with Andrew (your host). An older but well appointed home sits directly over the bridge in a residential area but far enough to avoid a lot of passer by traffic. The house has amazing charm, from hardwood floors to comfortable beds, it has it all. The newer gaming attic was also a hit with the kids. A fenced yard and pet friendly host allows for any four-legged family members to travel with you too. This home has everything you could ever want to make a northern trip a memorable experience. Feel free to look at other properties or save your self the time and book this house, you’ll thank me later!
