My fully furnished holiday house is available for holiday rental or short to medium term rental on an extended holiday let.
Hihi is a truly peaceful, stunning spot. Located just around the corner from historic Mangonui, it is a quiet, friendly settlement which boasts beautiful views, two beaches and several boat ramps.
The house, while cosy, has an open plan design with a modern kitchen and comfortable furnishings. A large covered deck extends the living space and the fully fenced yard is ideal for pets or children.
You’ll have access to kayaks and life jackets, to use in the serene bay, a stones throw from the property.
Nightly fee is for holiday rentals. A significant discount is applied for longer term, 8-12 week let, including fibre and reasonable power usage, and 2-4 occupants.
This is not a Residential Tenancy.
Pets are ok by negotiation. Definitely no smoking/vaping inside or on the property.
