Views, views, views from nearly every room of Sugar Sands Holiday Home located in the beachside community of Hihi. This home with all mod cons, has been put together with plenty of thought and personal touch to create the perfect place to completely relax. A 2 minute walk to the safe beach to explore or launch the boat.
This house is great for a group or two families. Lower level has a separate bathroom and beds for 4 guests. Upstairs has two queen bedrooms, bathroom, living and kitchen. Full of comforts with great indoor/outdoor living by way of large bifold doors where you can kick back on the spacious deck to enjoy the views of the Harbour or Hihi beach. Throw a sizzler on the BBQ and enjoy the sun going down over a cool drink.
A unique treat is the outdoor bath and shower with mains pressure hot water, which is still very private to have a soak under the stars to end the evening.
Plenty of off street parking for boats and cars. Fish cleaning station set up ready to go!
